        M & S Home Appliance LLC is locally owned and operated. We opened on January 1, 2000 by Morgan Martinez. He began his dream in a 500 square foot building on 24th Street, where he was located for 9 years. In September 2009, M & S Home Appliance LLC relocated to its new location at 2075 S. Factor Avenue. M & S Home Appliance LLC now has a 5000 square foot store front and warehouse. With the new larger location, we are able to keep a larger inventory of parts on hand.We do in home repairs on all major brands. We also carry a large inventory of parts for the do-it-yourselfers.         worst company specially the TEch morgan the rudest person and do onot want to solve the issue with your appliance

        I wasn't here whent the service tech repaired the washing machine but according to my wife, the tech did a first rate job. That's the reason for my four star rating. My complaint is the charge for labor. My wife said it took the tech about a hour start to finish. The part cost $119.90 and I was charged $100.00 for the hour's worth of labor. To me, that $100.00 for labor is a bit steep.
