Gasperetti's Restaurant is a full-service restaurant and bar that serves Italian Cuisine for guests and visitors. Its menu includes chicken cacciatora and giblets, raviolis, meatballs, Italian sausage and chicken. The restaurant serves filets with gorgonzola sauce, roast chicken with rosemary and lemon and beefsteak tomatoes. Gasperetti's Restaurant also provides several signature salads, such as the Yakima apple with toasted pecan, fresh Dungeness crabmeat, and chicken and pasta salads. It offers a range of wines that include sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, zinfandel, merlot, pinot noir, syrah and cabernet sauvignon.
