        SCAM ARTIST. PAUL IS THE WORST MASON IN THE HUDSON VALLEY. DOES NOT COMPLETE WORK AS STATED ON CONTRACT. DO NOT HIRE HIM UNLESS YOU WANT TO HIRE AN ADDITIONAL CONTRACTOR TO CLEAN UP HIS MESS.
