        Overall

        Just cancelled with A-Z.

        They outsource emergency calls as they don't have they're own call center. Numerous times we had a potential break in and nobody called within first 5 minutes of alarm going off.

        If you want to save money use A-Z, if you want your lives to be safe go elsewhere.

        Thank you so much for your feedback. Based on the information you provided, we took the opportunity to review the account and found that the customer instructed the monitoring station to disregard the alarm should they also receive a cancel. In addition, when there was a false alarm at 6:09 which was resolved at 6:10 on 6/13/15. Unfortunately in this situation the facts don't support the claims.
