He gave us a handwritten schedule that showed a 2 week schedule. About 2 days total work was done that week and we agreed to a 3 week schedule. Over the next 2 or 3 weeks maybe a week or so of total work had been done. We found a lot of things that were done incorrectly. The Barn door was put in the wrong location and isn't level. The so called custom cabinet the counter top was to sit on is too wide and the toilet will not fit in its location. The flooring isn't a close match to our other flooring. The pipe that goes to the toilet is to low in proximity of the baseboard. There is no way the flange the covers the pipe will fit because the baseboard he used is too tall. The bathroom windows are both cracked. They weren’t cracked before he started. The outside wall that is adjacent to the bathroom wasn't painted per our request. It’s a 2 paint process that involves a blue base coat and a second sparkling coat. He only used the blue base coat. Now the places that he painted do not match the rest of the room. Cement and paint was poured in multiple places in our front yard including the ivy under our front tree. The water hose was left running on one occasion. He was supposed to haul of the cardboard, Styrofoam, and debris out our garage. That didn't happen.

To make a long story short, after 2 months he did not get the work finished, didn't communicate with us for 2 weeks previous to my wife's operation. He was insulting to me when I asked him why he wouldn't contact me directly. He threatened me with some kind of legal action if I posted my experience with him on a review site.
