Called on a Wednesday made an appointment for Friday. They came and fixed all of my broken units at a reasonable price



MOST importantly they were super nice and honest! My wife dropped her wedding band when moving my daughter's bed back for access to the AC unit. Only realized it was missing after they left, called them and they went through their vacuum bag and found it and safely returned it!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've never written a review before but felt obligated after my horrendous experience. A large AC unit in my apartment stopped working after 7 years with not one problem. I hired Classic AC and purchased a new unit. From the moment they walked in my door to install I have had nothing but problems. The unit was installed with a 2 inch gap between the unit and the wall and was conveniently covered. It felt drafty so I called, took off from work, and had then come service it. They flipped a switch and said that it was taking air in from outside so it would be fine now. First snow storm I had a mound of snow in my bedroom. Every gust of wind more and more snow was coming in. The floor is damaged, the walls are damaged and the entire unit was frozen over. I called told then what was happening and the response I got was "that's impossible" So I sent video and pictures and they said they would be in touch. Nobody ever contacted me. It has been 2 months of back and forth and trying to have a new unit installed properly. so today I sit and wait for the 5th appointment to have them come 'service' this unit. I don't what they consider service but to me paying almost 2k for a unit and getting nothing but headache and damages is not called service. The icing on the cake...they have done nothing and offered nothing to remedy the situation.

The worst company I've ever encountered. Bait and switch on services offered and cost. They give you a time window with no regard for breaching it. Watch your wallet and your time.
