Advanced Chimney

Gave him a desposit, the work was never performed. After eight months we hired someone else who did the job and Ed Williams from advanced chimney refused to give us our money back. He gave us mis information throughout the entire ordeal and his suppliers corroborated the deceit every step of the way. BUYER BEWARE!!

Ed Williams stole products for which he was invoiced and received. He refuses to pay or work out terms, which were extended to him as an act of goodwill on our part. He and his wife, Amy who was also involved, have not taken phone calls since defaulting on this business transaction. This is theft. We had a positive working relationship for the first 11 months, until he stopped making payments.

following a chimney fire, they got my homeowner insurance to pay for repairs after an initial denial, installed our new insert & stainless steel chimney liner & left our home spotless! Highly recommended!

I called Advanced Chimney with a job that needed to be done on short notice. They were very helpful and accommodating. They traveled down to Utah County to give us the bid and complete the job. I was impressed with their knowledge and experience with fireplaces and chimneys. They did the job well, and even cleaned up all of the leftover debris. Now that's service! They exceeded my expectations, were very reasonable in price, and I would highly recommend to anyone needing chimney cleaning or repairs.

Very fair and honest, something you just don't see very often these days. I have used other companies listed on the ksl ads, and I couldnt even get them to show up. Ed & Eli went completely out of there way to find the correct parts to fix a problem with my chimney so it could be repaired the same day. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Our house is warm and toasty!!

We called Ed and Eli to purchase a fireplace insert they had on KSL. After talking to them on the phone we decided to have them install it as well. They brought it down and measured everything. They even came one New Years Day to install it. Its beautiful and very warm. Ed and Eli were professional and clean. they dusted and vaccuumed afterward. Will use
