I had selected this company after looking at Angie's List, Yelp and Google Reviews a year ago.



When my mortgage refinance became final, I immediately contacted them to set up an exterior project.



nathan came back and gave me a new quote, including the repair of some eave boards. We agreed on the price and the following week they showed up on Monday.



Preparation includes sanding and repair of wood and plaster surfaces. Then, a primer over trouble areas and dark colors. By Wednesday, they were ready to get my color choices.



My first choices were given at the end of the day. I went online and saw that they weren't exactly what I wanted, so I called their office and they adjusted the main color for me - no problem.



When I saw the main color on the house, I realized I had to change the accent color. I called their office, no problem.



They kept everything protected, were professional and highly efficient throughout. I would highly suggest this company for your exterior job.

KN REMODELING they did two projects for us. The first project was a complete bathroom remodel and everything was excellent, the crew was excellent. The customer service was great and all work was done on time. The second project that they did was our roof. The work that they did was professional. Everything was with inspection and they cleaned all around the house and all areas that was worked on. Very impressed with the quality of work I received from KN Remodeling.

This company has a manager , Joseph he doesn't pay and tell employees off and is racist , denies the people when is time to pay . I am taking them to labor commission . Where is the money he charge for labor goes?
