JJ's Pet Sitting

We monitor the house with cameras that the Owner/Walker knows about, and the dogs are rarely put on a leash and walked. Rather, they are put in the backyard for about 5 minutes each (we pay for 30). In the month or so of their employment, JJ's Pet Sitting probably only *walked* the dogs a third of the time.

This Owner/Walker also rummaged through our fridge to give the dog (old/spoiled) human food on the one day we were out of treats, despite knowing the dog was on an special allergy diet. To be fair, the dog was being stubborn and she needed to coax him out from under the table. However, seeing as this is a Pet Sitting service, I would hope the employee and owner would have more skill and knowledge of dog behavior to be able to handle a stubborn dog without bribing him with human food.

The other walker with this company allowed my two dogs get together, despite our warnings not to because they fight. Then, she left the door wide open and allowed one dog to escape the house. She was screaming "BAD DOG, BAD DOG!" as if that is a way to get a dog to come toward you.

Even if they were giving my dogs the full-length walks, this company is expensive by industry standard. We stuck with them for a month because it was a referral from a friend-of-a-friend, but now I found out that even that friend doesn't use them for their walks, which kind of raises some eyebrows. The Owner/Walker is apparently allergic to dogs, despite owning such a company, and the other walker will bring her husband
