Apple Potomac Town Center

The store is big, clean, and organized. But the customer service isnt satisfactory. I went in to get help with downloading music since my computer wouldnt let me and they couldnt find any solution to it. Since they didnt know what to do they just set a phone call appointment for me. I thought it was stupid so I didn't pick up. I found a solution from my fellow buddy at Best Buy who helped me way better than the Apple employees did. They need to be trained/educated more on their stuff. It seems like they are young folks who just like the mess around. I'm not walking in this store again.

Good costumer service. I've previously had couple of bad experiences in other apple store but these guys in Woodbridge are very patients and very kind
