THE SOLUTION THEY USE HAS SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE IN IT. IT IS SO STRONG , EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT SENSITIVE YOU'LL HAVE A REACTION TO IT. WATERY EYES, RUNNY NOSE, FUNKY TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH. MESSES UP YOUR MUCUS MEMBRANES.



WHEN MY NEIGHBOR HAD HER HOUSE DONE AND I WALKED OUTSIDE TO TAKE MY DOG FOR A WALK, UNAWARE OF WHAT WAS GOING ON AT HER HOUSE, THE SMELL HIT ME ,I COULDN'T EVEN BREATHE FOR A FEW SECONDS. EVEN WHEN I WALKED DOWN THE STREET, THE ODOR FOLLOWED ME WHEN I WAS AT LEAST 20-30 FEET AWAY . IMAGINE, HOW CONCENTRATED IT IS! BY THE WAY THE WORKER GUY WAS SPRAYING IT WITHOUT ANY MASK ON!!THAT CAN'T BE RIGHT...THEY SHOULD NOTIFY THE NEIGHBORS AT LEAST A DAY BEFORE, IN A 20 MILE RADIUS .

DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU CALL THEM, THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE AND THEY DON'T USE SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE (BASICALLY BLEACH) .IT WILL KILL YOUR PLANTS, AND ALSO MAKE SURE TO PROTECT YOUR OUTDOOR PETS FROM IT AS WELL!!

A friend suggested that I get a quote from Mallard Systems. He used them and was very happy with the service. I got a quote from Mallard and felt comfortable enough with them to go ahead and set an appointment. the technician came out on time and cleaned my entire porch and pavers within a few hours. Afterwards I was shocked at the job he did, I did not think that the porch would ever be that clean. Thus far I am very happy because I have not seen any signs of algae or mold since the porch or pavers were cleaned. Great Job Mallard!

I had Mallard come out and clean my driveway pavers. They did such a great job getting the dirt and black tire marks out of the pavers that I had them clean my screened porch. Mallard was able to get the dirt and crud off the screen without damaging it. I recommend Mallard to anyone looking for exterior cleaning.

Mallard came out and clean the mold off the side of my house and patio about 6 months ago. They did a good job, but the best part is that six months later none of the mold has returned! I would recommend them to anyone!

Mallard came out and cleaned the roof, outside walls, and deck of a home I just bought. They did a good job within the estimate and time frame given. I reccommend them and will use them again.

HOA was bugging me to clean roof. Could not find the number of the service I'd used before. I had seen Mallards truck doing other jobs in the neighborhood. Called for a quote and the rep came by and explained their service and warranty. I don't recall him trying to upsell any additional services or warranties (which I appreciated). The cleaners came a few days later and did the job on time. Likes: insured and very professional. Job went as described. Dislikes: expensive. Probably 30% higher than the last guy I used, but I have no idea if he was really insured or bonded. They did not do a great job of explaining about protecting plants. I had some damage to shrubs and lawn, bit not enough to make a big stink about. Roof cleaning is one of those jobs where the potential for damage to your house or having the workers get injured on your property is high. With companies like Mallard you have some reasonable expectation they have the proper insurance and bonds. They've been around for a while so they will probably be there if you need to use the warranty.

I used Mallard Cleaning Systems for roof cleaning to remove the mold from my roof. They were efficient and did a good job. They tried to protect the plants from their cleaning solution and they guaranteed their work for five years. No complaints! I will definitely use them again in the future.

Save your money and hire someone else. They charge a lot of money for not good of a job they do!!! BUT if you want to go out and get a new landscape just call them! I guarantee your place will smell like DEAD RATS for a week or so from all of the chlorine they dump on your roof! Seriously, I was sick for a week from the smell of this chlorine solution they used! YUCK!

Started new program and pay employees by the job, poor service didnt rinse the house now I have to paint areas where the chemicals ran down....Save money and call someone else.

We saw their truck in the neighborhood & got a great price quote to clean roof & house & driveway & sidewalks & walls! Well, it was too good to be true. The service tech was friendly & well mannored, I even called that same day to give a compliment... silly me! Until the next morning when ALL my landscaping was DEAD! I spend $600 to get all that cleaned to have another $2000 in landscaping expenses! They said they would handle the problem promptly & made lots of promises. It took 3 months to get 4 bushes replaced which might have cost $200 & now I don't get a return call or email. I am taking this to the BBB & then the next step is my lawyer. I followed all their requirements with pictures & thank goodness I have everything in writing. I guess what do you expect when you use striaght bleach to do the job. We couldn't even breath outside our house for almost a week. I am so upset & disapointed by their service & I don't plan on resting till my house looks just as beautiful as it did BEFORE they ruined it!
