You would think the owner would lead by example! How disappointing to find an adult toddler on site! Not only was your business in error by not delivering your services as promised (Remember, I didn't ask for my shoes to be delivered to the wrong location...a simple inventory of items coming in and going out would remedy this problem), but you then forgot the cardinal rule of proprietorship...the customer is always right. Despite my calm disposition, you presented a very dirty side. Clean up your act, John! You may not need my business, but I guarantee you needed a favorable review!
