        This is a great place to stay ...

        This is a great place to stay if you are going to Disney World. The suite was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I can't wait to go back.Pleasant, efficient staff, clean, spacious, fully equipped suites, convenient location with free shuttles to area attractions. We would love to stay with them again.

        Horrible!!!! We always stay in cheap hotels and are happy. Not here... we had poor service, springy beds, and an unsafe location. They lost our reservation and it took over an hour on the phone with the travel site and credit card company to fix it. We were promised a room with a full kitchenette. No dishes, no silverware. Why provide a stove if you have nothing to cook in????? Sunken beds, non-functional smoke detectors, moldy bathrooms, no trash bags, and sticky carpets. Would never stay in this hotel again- even for the price. You can get much better and closer to parks for this price. Keep looking...!

        AWFUL!!!!!

        Very dirty. Got in the shower and a cockroach came out the shower curtain. Expensive for such a low class hotel. My room was in the back, I had to park where it was very secluded. Didn't feel safe. I checked in late evening. Slept with the lights on and waited until dawn before I hurried to another hotel!!!
