        We called Belcher's Paving to get a quote on asphalt repairs on a property that we manage ( shopping center ) in Newport News VA. Mr. Belcher came out the following day to look at the property and take measurements and sent us a quote the following day. Very good people to work with. I could tell by the way the employees done there job they knew what they were doing and appeared very knowledgeable in there execution of the work. Will be doing all of our paving, sealing, and striping in the future.
