***BUYER BEWARE***
Customer Service has is atrocious!! Lawn care was often late or no one would show up. I constantly requested notice or to be serviced on a consistent day so that I could leave the gate unlocked. No one ever provided this accommodation. The last straw occurred when I was sent a text message in early Oct. that stated "you're scheduled for service this week but we haven't received your payment" - I paid the same day and never received services the entire month, though they kept telling me that "we'll be there this weekend". Finally, I had to hire another company because my lawn looked so bad I was afraid the HOA would fine me. I have been calling this company ever since late Oct leaving messages. There are 2 phone numbers and no one ever answers and they rarely returns calls. I was told on multiple occasions by Taylor that someone would come to cut my lawn "this week" or that Lindsay (acct mngr) would call me back and this never happened. I have been requesting a refund for October since early Nov. and not received my money, nor a return phone call. ****BUYER BEWARE!!!!****

Amazing customer service. Very prompt and my lawn looks spectacular. Thanks Cutting Edge! I would highly recommend this lawn company if you're in the Orlando area.
