Eastside Management

Run!!! They are extremely unorganized. No one communicates to each other, returns phone calls or messages and are behind on rent checks to owners and deposit refunds to tenants. I was a tenant and had several issues with them responding to service needs and now refunding my deposit. They promised me it would be no later than 30 days and we are approaching 2 months! I've called and asked when we could expect our refund and they said they would "discuss" my file and let me know. What??? I went to file a BBB complaint and their Accreditation was revoked by the BBB May 28th 2013. They have unresolved complaints from owners and tenants and I'm concerned I'll never see my deposit even though we left everything in perfect condition. If you go to rent from someone and they use Eastside Management I would strongly advise to look somewhere else.
