Overall

Hi, I just wanted to update the reviews because I
feel a lot has changed since 2015:

I used to shop here with my friends back in 2018, and so far the
customer service has been socially comforting. Every time I would
visit, an employee would almost always welcome me in and also ask
if I'd need any help looking for anything.

I went there usually to dye my hair I would need help determining the color I really wanted to get sometimes. My friends and I were given really good advice. One time I wanted to dye my hair green and one of the employees told me that if I did so, it would be a pain to take out because green color has a good hold on hair. I still decided to go green because it was my favorite color and I knew I would have it for a long time, but the point is the people that work there really know their stuff.

Everyone there is also really nice! I enjoy being there not only because of how clean the store is but also because I know that if I ask a question, I'll get really good help and advice from any employee I can reach (in my experience at least). Also fun fact, while keeping conversation I found that the manager also works really hard to keep the store going! It's not every day that I see a store manager working alongside their employees so I found that extremely interesting.

People who come in usually know what they want to get, I've seen people walk in, grab what they have to grab, and then just check out with a bit of small talk during the process. I'm sure people who shop there regularly feel as confident as I do about hair dye because of the people who work there now.

It's 2020 now, and I've gone to this store regularly because of how great my experience has always been. I always try to buy "ion" products every now and then because it's actually Sally's brand, and so I know it helps them a lot with sales. I'd say be optimistic, because a lot of time has passed and if this store really was that bad in 2015, then a lot has changed in 3 years.

I was really excited to go to sallys and look at all the nail and hair stuff, the lady who was working asked me if i needed help with anything. I told her I was fine and that i wanted to look at everything. Instead of leaving me be she kept asking if I needed help, so i told her what i needed, she pointed to what i needed but i still wanted to look around. I went over to the hair care and she asked me again. So I just told her i was done and checked out. Then i told her i wanted a beauty club card, so without saying anything about it she scanned it, told me my total and i handed her my card. I left, she didnt say thank you or anything. I got home and my receipt said i was charged 5 dollars for the card, i really wish she told me that because i wouldnt have gotten it. Basically this is a good store but customer service is terrible. I was so excited to go there, now i know every time I do they'll basically kick me out.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service ever. Selling what is suppose to be blond hair extentions that ends up being punk because of their packaging. And now I can't get a refund for their bs
