This company could care less about people's jobs or any other appointments where you need to be on time. I waited an hr and a half to get to a very important appointment just for the cab to never show up despite numerous calls. Has made me late for work three times. Their attitude is "other people are waiting for rides too". They don't care if they screw up your livelihood. I guess in their case, you should have a car. Very unprofessional.

This company needs a new dispatcher, she is rude, unprofeaaional and uncourteous to say the least. I am in town visiting my daughter who is pregant and due any day now and she has made us late for appointments when we call to give her the address she either hangs up or cuts us off. I am thoueoughly displeased with her skills and horrendous attitude!!!

I couldn't even get past a phone call to this place. They had the tv turned up really loud and about five people yelling at each other in the background including the woman who was on the phone with me. Extremely unprofessional conduct like that made me just hang up. No way I would trust people who can't even handle a phone call to drive me and my family.
