Agreed - horrible. Customer service from the store manager was surprisingly brusque. Lady who answered the phone was very polite but store manager refused to assist in any way. I asked for refund or some compensation on shipping costs as product is advertised on their page as "In Stock. Will Ship Today!" and did not ship for 4 days. Manager refused any such deal and subsequently canceled my oder and pulled the part from shipping despite asking him not to.

Waste of time. Look elsewhere or locally to buy.

Takes orders online but then cancels them.

They are terrible I placed the order then they say they only have some of the parts I call she says we shipped the part and refunded you for the other the part is useless to me without the other and she said my order isn't big enough for her to go to her supplier so I have to wait 3 weeks then I check her site while speaking with her and the part I need still shows in stock will ship today? terrible customer service awful attitude over the phone never do business with them and I still don't have the supposedly shipped item
