        Do not purchase a hot tub from...

        Do not purchase a hot tub from this company. Notified company about spa shell cracks, and they would not call me back after a month of being notified. After filing complaint with BBB, they had audicity to tell me they did not appreciate the complaint. They then told me to contact the mfg direct about the warrany issue.

        I can't get a hold of the pers...

        I can't get a hold of the person that is supposed to come check my pool. I called a couple of times and they been saying for about 2 weeks now that they are going to come tomorrow, everyday i call they say they are going to be there in the afternoon or tomorrow, but they never do. they must be really busy, but it will make me feel better if they let me know ahead that they are not coming.
