        Great company and the owner is very professional! They were quick to respond and get my door back in working order fast. I won’t call anyone else for service and repair!

        Though they responded quickly they were very unprofessional. They did not even greet me or allow me to move personal items from the area before beginning to work. I asked for an estimate several times, and each time I was dismissed. I only received the cost of parts and labor after they were finished. I read on their website that they gave a military discount, but only received it upon request, although I was in uniform. I was also charged for 1.5 hours of labor and they added double traveling time because they added the time they had to take to run to the hardware store for parts.
