We had just moved into our new home in Electra, TX when we encountered a problem with flickering lights & the microwave in the kitchen not getting enough wattage. We tried a different microwave & it also wasn't getting enough power so we knew it wasn't the microwave. My father-in-law knows a little about electrical work so we had him come over & he said the same thing happened to him & it was on the city's end. We got in contact with City Hall which had SWRE come out. We specifically requested that they call us when they got to the location so we could show them the problem but they didn't. They checked the meter & said it was not on their end, it was the house & that they had been to this same house several times in the past. That obviously made me feel not too good about buying the house. :( We then contacted Rick of Harmon Electric & within the 1st 5 minutes of being there he confirmed it was in fact, on the city's end. He also said that whoever did the electrical in the house did a really good job so that made me feel happy & reassured about our new home. :) We told the city manager who once again had SWRE come out & finally fix the problem. We couldn't move in the rest of our appliances until the issue was fixed. Rick of Harmon Electric was very professional & we were so impressed, that we had him come out on 2 more occasions to install a ceiling fan, chandelier & vent-a -hood. All done professionally, promptly & affordably. Just learned my bathroom heater doesn't work so as soon as I get a new one, I am definitely calling Harmon Electric to install it. TEN STARS
