I hired Saul to refinish my parents parquet floor which had 30 yrs of grime and wax buildup. Saul is very knowledgeable and professional about his craft. Although I was worried when he initially showed up late for our appointment on review/estimate day (problems beyond his control on the job he was finishing up), he and his crew were prompt, polite and courteous to my 89 year old parents. They took the time to explain the process as they proceeded from one step to the next.

Great work done by Saul & his crew. Took care of all the repairs & imperfections on my original hardwood floors. They were quick to respond to my request, professional & finished on time. The end result is beautiful. I highly recommend.

Based on the reviews I chose this company. Saul came out and gave me an estimate on one small bedroom and putting another coat of varnish in my living room dining and hallway floor. I made my appointment for the work to be done that same day and called him a week before to confirm. When the day came for the work to be done he never showed up. I had to call him and his excuse was the varnish he ordered did not come in and he asked me to reschedule. He said he would call me after 3pm to confirm, after he called the store. He did not call until the next day. By then I was done. I found someone else to do the work. You can purchase varnish at Home Depot!!

Diaz is hardworking and responsible! Produces great work. Get him to do your floors, and you will be satisfied!

Beautiful, I loved their work!! Saul Diaz and his team really know what they are doing and mean business when they get started on the job. A had some plumbing problems and there had been water damage to my floor and they did a beautiful job restoring my floors and hiding water damage. Saul's team are experts in what they do and are very helpful in answering my questions and were very professional. Saul and his crew did a great job on our wood floors. The floor was warped, stained and some of the pieces damaged. They managed to replace and make everything beautiful once again. They did a great job on the baseboards as well. Friendly staff with great results and finish in fast time. Overall my wife and I were very happy with the results of the way everything turned out.

Luckily we found Saul through word of mouth recommendation. And he really came through for us. We had beautiful Russian Oak placed in our townhome and it came out excellent. Its hard finding a good contractor who really gives you bang for your buck. Our house now feels and looks like a million bucks. P.S. its been nearly two years and the hardwood is solid, strong, no problems. We get compliments all the time

Could not be happier with our experience with Saul! He was extremely professional, always on time, and gave us a great price. We did a lot of research on someone to pull up the carpet in our 1970s house, sand and refinish the hardwoods underneath. He went SO above and beyond for us and was amazing at communicating and sending us photos throughout the process. Could not recommend him more!!!

Amazing! Our 65 year old floors needed refinishing and we wanted the whole house to match. Saul and his team came in and did a great job! They fixed someone else's attempt to hide water damage, reduced the floor movement & creaking, installed elegant thresholds to seamlessly transition between two floor heights, and the whole process was straight forward and easy for us. Saul Diaz and his crew of floor specialists magically transformed our home. Repairing, refinishing and bleaching our original 60 year old floors. In addition, installing the most beautiful wood laminates in our kitchen and den. Rebuilding steps and thresholds. There wasn't anything Saul and his team couldn't handle.

Saul and his Team did an excellent job refinishing my floors. I was not sure they would turn out because they were so badly damaged, but Saul and his crew were experts and knew how to restore them. They were always on time and very courteous. Saul answered all my questions and made sure he understood what I wanted. He customized the color to be the beautiful gray brown for my transitional theme. His technique really pulled the grain from the wood which everyone says is beautiful. I could not be happier with Diaz Flooring and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Saul's recommendation for me was to start with one bedroom, because he knows all the work that's involved in getting floors done in an existing living space. Saul and his crew did a great job on our floors. Our hardwood floors are over 60 years old and had several large stains that had soaked all the way through the wood. These stains were probably at least 30 years old. I don't know how they did it, but they got the floors to look like new again. In fact, when our son visited us from Santa Monica after the job was finished he looked at the floors and said, "So you decided to get new floors rather than refinish the old ones?" When I told him this WAS the old floors, he couldn't believe it. I could not be happier with the way things worked out. Saul and his crew are hard workers, very conscientious, and reasonable in their prices. I give them a 10 out of 10.
