        The staff here are very attent...

        The staff here are very attentive while you make your decision on tiles, and while they know you are still shopping around, but once that contract is signed and a deposit is made (especially on a special order that can not be refunded) YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN! There are no updates on shipping, they do not call the delivery people to discuss delivery options (you have to be proactive and call on your own if you want your delivery made), they do not discuss delivery specifics with you, they add materials to the order that they never discussed with you or your installer and which just show up with the delivery (e.g. expensive tile cleaning materials, grout which was not needed, etc) and their response to legitimate concerns is quite sluggish.
