        Overall

        My Brother PE770 embroidery machine has been in twice, and now needs a 3rd visit. Very disappointed with service and with tech attitude.

        have been dealing with Jo Max Sew Vac for good 45 yrs. First when in Randallstown and then in Westminster . I have bought 3 vacuum s from them and at least 4 sewing machines. Their repair service is outstanding and there is never a long wait to get repairs done. Sales people are friendly and helpful. As long as Jo Max is in business I will never go anywhere else.
