5 Star rating in my opinion. The dumpster arrived in the morning, they came and stripped off the old roof, replaced whatever bad plywood they found underneath, installed quality CertainTeed underlayment and shingles. Their crew all looked and acted professional and they cleaned up nicely. I liked how they had a guy that seemed to be dedicated to clean up duty. He even rolled around a large magnet to pick up all the old nails, which was important because we have 2 dogs.

Now I had gotten 4 quotes and he was the lowest. I was also very leery of scamming contractors. So I checked the company's Duns & Bradstreet rating and it was exceptional, in the 80%. I also checked the BBB and there were no complaints against him. All the contractors required half up front so this was standard. The materials he used were what he stated in his quote.

I would highly recommend him to anyone considering roof replacement.
