DaVi Nails

I walked in there to get a facial wax and for me, being a blonde, literally takes less than a minute to do. The girl asked to come back around 3 as they were very busy. I said fine and left. I came back at 3:15. This time a man asked what I wanted. I again asked for a facial wax and he sais, 'Come back at 3.' I said it was already 3:15 and to never mind. I just left. Extremely poor customer service.!!!!!!!!!!!

WARNING: Don't ever go here! Me & two of my friends came here to get a mani & pedi for our upcoming cruise. When we first arrived, we all had pictures on our phones of what we wanted. They told us that they weren't able to do the simple designs that we showed them so we just decided to do the regular sparkly tips which was fine cuz sparkly is cute too! We picked a color out of their choices & they didn't have enough left to do that color. They then told us to pick another color & that they would charge us $10 more to pick a different color which was weird to me. Pay $10 more to get a color I didn't want?! After the sparkly tips were done, they were actually pretty cute so I wasn't too bummed about them not having the right color. He asked what design I wanted & I told him I wanted a light pink line underneath the tips with a pink heart on two fingers (just my ring fingers). He came back over with a super dark pink (almost red) & I asked if I could do a light pink instead. He said I couldn't. I was a little confused and wondered if he just couldn't understand what I was saying (he didn't understand English very well). I went to the nail counter and grabbed the light pink that I wanted and asked if I could do that one. He then said that I couldn't and I had to do the dark pink. I asked why & he said "dark pink better! We do dark pink! Not light pink!" I was confused but I finally agreed. If he wanted to do dark pink THAT bad I decided to let him. After he was finished, the lines were sooooo horrible & very VERY sloppy! Hearts weren't the same (upside down on one hand & upside up on the other) & they were white, not pink. I asked him if he could make both hearts the same & he said no so I had to ask the lady at the front to fix it. Don't even get me started on the pedi! It was getting close to closing so they rushed it and did a very horrible and sloppy job! It looks like a little kid painted my toenails. Total was $75! They lied about the price, did the worst job I've seen in my life, & I ended up going home wiping off the nail polish and redoing it so it's a little cuter now. I just wish my cruise wasn't so close so I could have time to get them removed and get new ones elsewhere :(
