Pablo Blue Window Tinting

I have been serving the Clear Lake area for over twenty years and am very proud of the fact that most of my business is repeat and referral business. There are hundreds of positive comments, posted on various web sites that tell about the outstanding service and quality they received at my business. The only negative comments I've ever seen or had customers tell me about are the comments this female posted here and at least one other web site....I'm not the least bit worried about her comments hurting my business but it's irritating to have a customer who received a perfect tint job and required special service to complain for no reason ....She showed up an hour late and was insistent that she have dark (illegal)tint installed on her front two windows... I always implore my customers to have the darkest tint the law allows. Most listen.. This female said she knows the police and did not have to worry about it. She had illegal tint on every car she ever had. Even though she was late and overbearing, I got her vehicle right in and in less than an hour, she was on her way after being told not to roll down her windows for 48 hours and the wet bubbly areas will dry out in 1 to 2 weeks... She came back 4 days later and told me she wanted it redone because there were still bubbles and she pointed to several spots where she said there was dirt under the tint... I removed the dirt spots. They were on the outside of the glass. There wasn't any dirt under the tint. Ther were still some wet spots and i told her they would dry out just like all the other wet spots did. She told me the only reason she came to my shop was because the guy who tinted the new cars she had got every year had to get a real job and could no longer tint her windows.... At that point i told her that when she gets her new car next year to make sure she does not come back here. I did not curse her or speak louder than her. Her children were in car seats in the backseat and were not upset in anyway by me....
