Placeway Pools Spas Patio - A BioGuard Platinum Dealer

We bought a Hot Springs Envoy at Placeway Pools Spas & Patio Wausau. The sales men are extremely nice, polite, and helpful. When we were initially interested in the purchase we were shocked by the servise, which was a contributing factor to buying the hot tub. After buying the hot tub the exceptional customer service continued. In one instance we stopped by because we were in town and had some unanswered questions. We stopped by 10 minutes before they closed. Mike (employee) went out of his way and answered our questions and physically showed us what to do. He stayed half an hour past closing to help us, missing his appointment in the process just for us. We are very impressed with the hot tub and the customer service. We recommend placeway to anybody else.
