Water by the Bay

Dave was very knowledgeable with the technical parts of the well. Very quick delivery of service, extremely friendly, very reasonable rates, and gave a military discount. He pointed out areas of potential problems but allowed the client to make a decision. Before departing, he ensured that all problems were resolved. I give my highest recommendation.

Dave Bay is excellent! It is hard to imagine how he could be better at what he does. I give Water by he Bay the best recommendation possible.

If you want a company that responds quickly or shows up on time (or at all!), I would recommend calling somebody else. Our water went out on Sunday. We left a message Sunday night and received a call late Monday afternoon. Made an appointment for Wednesday, between 10:30 and 11pm. Monday night, our basement was full of water. Left a message Monday night, no response Monday or Tuesday. He finally called 5 minutes before he was scheduled on Wednesday to see if we still needed him. Told him we definitely did. Didn't show up, call or return calls after that! Not happy!! To be fair, on the message I left when the basement flooded I did tell him we needed someone sooner than Wednesday since our basement was full of water; rather than call like I begged him to on the message, he made other appointments during our scheduled appointment time.
