        Shop Repairs: * Turnaround Time: Usually we carry a 2-3 Business day turnaround * Desktop Instructions: Bring in tower (Main Unit) and any CD's that came with the machine * Notebook Instructions: Bring in laptop, power cord (AC Adapter), and any CD's that came with the machine. Printer Instructions: * Bring printer with power cord (AC Adapter) and data cable (USB or Parallel). Also if you could include the owners manual Diagnostic FEE's: * Desktop $29 * Laptop $49 * Server $59 * Inkjet Printer $29 * LaserJet Printer $49 * Multifunction $39 Onsite Rates: * Regular Rates - $100a Hour with a 1 Hour Minimum * Express Rates - $120a Hour with a 1 Hour Minimum Onsite Contracts: * 6 hour contract - $400 Terms of Agreement - Contract expires at time of hours totaling 6. At time of service an onsite work order will be completed stating that the job is finished and satisfactory. 1 hour minimum on all appointments - Allow 48 hours for scheduling. Some restrictions apply. * 12 hour contract - $800 Terms of Agreement - Contract only expires at time of hours totaling 12. At time of service an onsite work order will be completed stating that the job is finished and satisfactory. All emergency onsite under the 12 hour contract will be billed for 1 1/2 hours for every hour. Allow 48 hours for scheduling. 1 hour minimum on all appointments - Some restrictions apply. * 10 Hour Express Contract - $1000 Terms of Agreement - Contract only expires at time of hours totaling 10.         i was there 5 years ago with bad esperince,don't know why i went back ,he told me i had bad drive,so he replaced it, got it back it had no volume ,tried to tell me computer was like that from before not true,new drive same problems ,he told me he would put back the old drive and give me a refund ,but he did not give me a full refund ,i had no volume becouse wire was off when they replaced drive ,nice place

        We were referred to PCW by a close friend whose extended family also uses them. This is our second time using them with two different laptops. On both occasions our equipment was repaired at a great price and was ready prior to the actual time promised. The guys at PCW are professional, courteous and very customer service oriented. Our family and friends highly recommend them!!!

        I have bought all my computers and computer components at this store...The people were great and helpful. I would recommend PCW to anyone who doesnt care if their computer is name brand. :D

        Lacking Relations

        This business could benefit from a major tune-up in the area of customer relations. The technicians all lack the knowledge and skills needed to interface with customers in a professional manner. I have used this business three times and each time I leave feeling like I was pushed away or overcharged.



        My last situation... I diagnosed the problem of my laptop to be a bad DC power jack on the motherboard. I took apart the laptop and brought the motherboard to them and told them exactly what I wanted done which was the soldering in of a new $8.00 DC power jack onto the motherboard. This requiered a desoldering, cleaning and resoldering of this one component. I did all the difficult labor myself.... The price quoted to me for them to perform what I asked was $200.00.



        I bought the part off of E-BAY and had it shipped to me for $11.00 total and did this myself.
