Recently I had Bill, take care of two cars for me. They came back looking like brand new. I live about 40 minutes from Paivas with multiple auto detailing shops to choose from in between. After seeing the finished work done on both cars, there is no other choice to be made moving forward. Paivas it is from now on; amazing work, professional, and competitively priced. No better choice in RI. Thank you Bill, I will be a return customer without question.

My daughter had left the window open on her SUV about 4 years ago and over the years a foul musty order formed. It was terrible. We should have addressed the issue right away but let it get worse. We took it to Paiva's with little hope that they could actually get rid of the smell. Surprise.... its gone! They had the truck for a few days doing their program with it and when we picked it up the smell was gone. Its been 3 months now and the smell has not come back. Cannot thank you enough!

My mother's dog recently got into some bad fish and then threw it up all over the front passenger side of my car. Bill agreed to just clean that section of the car, and then drove me to work and picked me back up later that day! When I got to my car it smelled AWESOME and he had vacuumed the whole car for me for a VERY reasonable price! I would recommend Paiva's to everyone!

I used to do my own, but now I leave it to the professionals. I was in school and just stopped caring about the car. I couldn't Stand the damage happening to the clear coat so I brought it to Paiva's. They restored the paint to as close to new as possible (2004 Acura). Would recommend them over anywhere else I've been!

Recently my husband and I left our car with Thrifty Valet Parking which is where we always park when we travel out of TF Green Airport. Since Thrifty offers detailing services, I opted to take advantage of it while we were traveling. Paiva's did the work and did an absolutely wonderful job. My 6-year-old BLACK vehicle looks like brand new, inside and out! I will definitely take advantage of their services in the future and would highly recommend them. Great deal, great service, great job, not to mention incredibly convenient. Thank you so much!

Let me start by saying that I was shopping around for an exterior detailing quote to get my car ready for the winter. I would like to note that I have painted wheels on my car and I was particularly concerned about finding a place that would wax and polish my wheels as well. Finally I found Paiva's Auto Detailing in Warwick, RI just 1 minute from TFGreen Airport. When I called, I spoke directly with William Paiva and he educated me on what was included in the exterior detailing and exactly what he would be doing to get my car back to a factory shine and finish. I had no idea how in depth a detailing should be to be done right. After speaking with William I finally had the confidence to schedule my detailing knowing that my care would be taken care of. He was able to get me an appointment within two days, but since I'm a very busy guy, he was flexible enough to book the appointment out a week for me. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning, and William wanted to make sure that we both inspected my car before I left it with him so that I could point any damage or problem areas. I mentioned that I would like the wheels waxed and polished and he told me that this was not normally included in the exterior detailing but that he would be able to take care of that without a problem. Just over 2 hours later, William called and told me that he was just about finished with my car. He offered to pick me up and bring me back to the shop to get my car. Once we arrived, we inspected the work and I was blown away. I didn't think it was possible to bring the shine back to a black car as well as he did and all swirl marks in the paint were gone. The wheels have never looked better with such a deep glossy look (parts of the wheels are painted black as well) and the exhaust tips are chrome and just as shiny as when I bought the car. William even has the professionalism to vacuum the carpets use one of those paper floor mats when he is done so not dirty them again. I figured since William had agreed to wax and polish my wheels as well, that there would be an additional charge, but he didn't charge me anything extra. WOW.



I recommend anyone who is considering Paiva's Auto Detailing and who is reading this "DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE." First of all, you will pay more anywhere else. William has EXTREMELY fair and affordable prices. Second, his work is 2nd to NONE. If you do find a cheaper place for a detailing, chances are they are skipping vital steps or not using the right products. William Paiva really is setting the benchmark for detailing and certainly separates the boys from the men in the quality of his work. In today's market, everyone is trying to make money regardless of their reputation. As far as I can tell, William is more concerned about his reputation and doing the job right.



While driving my car home I already a few people take a second look at my car. The shine really does attract attention. I guess I'm not the only one who likes the work that was done. I feel as though I just bought the car and was driving it home for the first time from the dealership. AMAZING!

I called and explained my situation to Bill. He had me drop my Jeep off immediately. He called and explained exactly what he had to do to rid the car of the odor and the stain. I picked my Jeep up today and I can honestly say it never looked so good or smelled so good. He did not cover the odor. He went above and beyond to eliminate the odor. This was just such a great experience. Being a widow and working two jobs, this was not something I had budgeted for. Bill worked with me on the price of the job. I would highly recommend any one looking for a place to detail their vehicle to go see Bill at Paiva's.

Wow, What a great job !!!‎ - ‎ - Today

First let me tell you how many bad details I have had in the State of Rhode Island. Each and every time I end up so upset with a bad result. One of my girlfriends told me to try Paiva's auto detailing so I called and spoke with the owner Bill Paiva and made an appointment. He took the time to talk to me and let me know all that would be done with my van. I was also pleasently suprised when he offered to transport me if I could not find a ride. Wow who does this these days. So, I had my van cleaned today and it looks better than it did when I purchased it. It almost looked wet it had such a shine. The inside was also fabulous ! My carpets were like new.

And for my rims, BLING BLING BABY!!! I'm in love !!!!!!

I Parked at Thrifty Car Rental's Valet lot while my family and I went on April Vacation. I had my truck detailed by Paiva's detailing while we were away and It was the best Detail I have ever had. My car looked like new ! Thank you again!
