Overall
wait time

After reading the previous review about having to wait for three hours for the doctor, I must say I have never had that experience. Please don't judge the doctor's performance by just one review.

Overall
Worst Staff

We went to this doctor since she is near to our place and she is available.<BR>

We called in a week earlier for the appointment and took the afternoon slot. When we went there on the day, we were kept waiting for atleast 3 hours. I was very unhappy with this. There is no use in taking the appointment a week ahead. Eventually my couple of hours off from office turned out to be leave for the rest of the day.

The real dissatisfaction is in this. The doctor told us to get some blood work done as part of our health check and we were told the bill will be paid by them.

After a month of getting the blood work done, we received a bill from the lab asking us to pay for it.

I called the Lab and told them that the bill to us was a mistake and is supposed to go to doctor's office. The lab guys told me to call the doctor's office and make them call the lab and pay the bill.

I called the doctor's office and told them about the bill. They said they will take care of it and so I kept on thinking it is paid.

After a month again, I got the second notice from lab saying the bill is not yet paid.

When I called the doctor's office, the same guy to whom I spoke earlier picked up. After hearing the complete story his reply was totally different now. Instead of he taking care of it, he wanted the lab to call him and ask about the bill.

It made me crazy. Why will the lab call doctor's office for the service done to a patient?

I called him again after talking to the lab and told He is the one who is supposed to call the lab. After couple of arguments, I took his fax number and faxed the bill. When I called him to confirm he received it, he bursted - ".. Now what? I dont have much time to spent for you. I dont know I received the fax. If you want to know call me tomorrow...". And he hung the phone on me.

I am really pissed off. Is this the way to speak with people? Doesn't he have the minimum responsibility of listening to what people are saying?

I can never imagine a staff in the doctor's office, so impatient, careless and rudeness.

Not sure why the doctor still keeps him.

Now I could able to guess why the doctor is freely available.

There is no doubt about the doctor, She is nice, very patient and caring, but who would go to her if she has this kind of reckless staff.

I am not going to recommend this office to anyone.
