- Classic Auto Body was founded in 1983, family owned and operated for two generations. We have been located at 11725 Pika Drive since 1986. We employ a staff of top professional technicians. (All technicians are required to complete four credits of schooling pertaining to the collision industry, per year.) Because of this we can provide you with the best service possible and provide a lifetime warranty on all repairs, regardless of who is paying the bill. We work with all insurance companies, and are a direct repair shop for many of them. All makes and models are welcomed. We also service commercial vehicles and trailers. No vehicle restorations, though, we do work on older cars (by appointment only).

Do not waste your time, take your vehicle some where else. They work on too many cars at once, they'll just let your car sit. They say they'll call you back to give you updates on your car, but they never do, you have to call them. They don't want to call you back because they don't want to have to tell you your car is still not being worked on. I told the shop manager that I should have taken my car some place else to get it repaired, and he agreed with me. It's now July 3rd 2018, my car has been at Classic Auto Body since June 11th, and all they have done is taken it apart and ordered parts, now they say it is sitting waiting to be put in the rotation to be fixed...soon it will be a month, and no car. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO CLASSIC AUTO BODY FOR REPAIRS!!!!!!!! They may reply to this review and say they had to wait on parts, which is what they did tell me, but at this point, since they don't call me back with updates, since they told me I should have taken may car someplace else to get it repaired, I don't trust them, nor do believe anything they say. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO CLASSIC AUTO BODY FOR REPAIRS!!!!!!

Provided by SuperpagesClassic Auto Body is the ONLY place my family will go for our vehicle repairs. They do excellent work and the staff is so friendly. They always go above and beyond for their customers. I can't speak highly enough about this company. They took such great care of me and my car while it was in the shop. I highly recommend Classic Auto Body!!!
Great service at a great price.
There were many things about this body shop that stood out to me as I was getting my repair.
1. I saved $250 here compared to another quote from another local body shop for a bumper repair.
2. The estimate was free! Many of the other places I called said I would have to pay $10 or $20 for an estimate.
3. The service was very friendly and the repair was handled in a timely fashion.
4. They were very detailed in everything, from the inspection, to the actual work, to showing me the completed job and receipts. I was highly satisfied with the attention they paid to my car.
5. When I picked up my car after the new bumper had been installed, they had unexpectedly washed my car, both inside and out for free!
If I ever need another repair I will definitely go back to these guys.
Best Auto Body shop in Waldorf, the office is very personable and the mechanics do great work!

Provided by SuperpagesI had the same problem with this company. They damaged my car, had fingerprints all over the car inside and out, poor customer service, and unethical standards. They do not take responsibility for any liability at which they cause. They stated the damage was not their fault but the area where the damage is can only be done by them. I would not recommend this company.
Classic Auto Body does fantastic work! The repair work is flawless. I recommend them to anyone who needs auto body repairs.

Provided by SuperpagesI took my Denali to Classic Auto Body to have the hail damage repair completed but ended up with a broken mirror. The hail damage repair was completed but we were left with dirty finger prints on our tan interior and automatic side mirror wasn't working correctly. I took it back to them the next morning and was told that I needed a new mirror but basically it wasn't their fault. They mentioned that they didn't complete any repair work on or near the mirror so how could they have broken it but I pointed out that they did remove and replace the vent shades NEAR the mirror but still he wouldn't own up to even a POSSIBILITY that they could've broken it. I don't recommend this place to anyone....
Friendly, personable collision repair shop. Great service, Beautiful work and it was ready ON TIME! Nice people to work with when your vehicle needs some additional TLC.
