This is a great honest place and I no longer have to take it to two or three places for an estimate.Go in and ask for Paul the manager he is someone you can trust. They do good work and will not take advantage of you...

I'm always treated well at NTB in Wadsworth! I've bought 4 sets of tires from them over the past several years. I sometimes get the pressure to buy the Roadside Assistance, but you get that anywhere. Overall, good prices, great service!

My first experience with NTB was just horrible! I had made an appointment online and received an email confirmation showing my make and model, appointment time, tire type, quantity, price and discounts. Sounded great. I arrived at the shop and they had my name and appointment but my car make and model and tire type were not listed. He asked me what kind of tires I was looking for. The odd thing is that it took about 10 minutes to get to this part of the conversation. The sales rep was more concerned about chit chat then getting to the actual transaction. I now know why he was chit chatting and I’ll get to that later. Plus I noticed another customer waiting patiently the entire time and he was never acknowledged.

I proceeded to show him my confirmation email showing the tires I had requested. He looked in the computer and said they weren’t in stock. Funny because the $100 savings was for the purchase of 4 tires that were in stock only at the store. The website stated they were in stock and that is how I was able to proceed with the order and appointment time online. He then suggested a different tire. But this order came to $200 more than the tires I had ordered online. Interesting. I said I was not going to pay that and that I wanted the tires that I had ordered. He then tried to find another set of tires, again, at around $200 more than what I was quoted. He then said “is that not in your budget?” I found that as an insult. It wasn’t about my budget, it was the principal that I was being lied to and being upsold. I asked if we could order the tires I had reserved as I was not in a hurry for the tires. He hesitantly said yes and he would check other stores. He found them at a store within 5-7 miles and said he would go get them right then and there and have them installed. He went to check with a manager and came back and said they actually had the tires I had reserved in stock. By this point I was just angry that this sales rep who was trying to smooz me and “make friends” with me before the transaction even began was trying to do nothing more than upsell me.

I guess they saw a woman coming and figured they could screw her over. Well, sorry buddy but it didn’t work this time!

Awesome place I called them and told them what I needed in tires they looked it up for me and got me the cheapest prices in town for nice tires and when I went in they were so polite I also paid less than they said cause of a discount!! I will never go anywhere else again!! It was clean sitting area with coffee and magazines and a tv!! LOOOOVE IT!!!

This place will definitely rip...

This place will definitely rip you off! Any time that you go there for anything, they will find 3 things wrong that total around $700. This is simply their way of doing business. I took their list pending dooms to the Toyota dealer in Bedford, and they didn't agree with any of NTB's findings!



Additionally, they charge exorbitant hourly rates ($90 or more) under the guise that you vehicle is being worked on by an ASE certified Technician. They may have one ASE tech on the premesis, but your car is being 'fixed' by kids that are barely qualified to change your oil.



Furthermore, they charge an additional %10 'shop supplies' fee. There is no justification for this fee; any business of any kind restocks. Does Walmart or Starbucks charge you an additional %10 to restock? Of course not, it's already built into the price!

I think they really serve a customer very good and have coffe for you an look out for you in serving your car. even bring car to the door I always get excellant serve when I go there.
