Johnson Roofing

They put a new roof on my house in 2011. The hot summer and had to come back 4 time's to try and get them to stay on and they are still coming off today! This roof sucks I will never have Johnson Roofing touch a nother one I own!! Said the day after they put it on they were recalled that it was my problem now !! How is that for customer service?? Johnson Roofing don't ever use them!!! They get one star to let everyone know I can't submit it without!!

Great local roofing company with the ability to fabricate anything needed on metal or shingle roofs. I always talked to a life person when I called in for assistance. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a solution done right the first time.

I couldn't select anything less than one star. I honestly would give Johnson Roofing absolutely no stars because their customer service is abysmal! We signed our contract with the company at the end May. We were scheduled to have our roof and gutters replaced June 10-12. No one called and no one showed up to complete the service. After calling in and complaining, we were informed that they would arrive June 18-19. They did show up and replaced our roofing. However, they took off our existing gutters and did not replace them. As of July 24th, we still do not have gutters on our home after having two different companies stop by and complete estimates. We were told at the beginning of July that we were next on the list and it would be a couple of weeks. Those turned out to be more empty promises from Johnson Roofing. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We have made many phone calls to try and resolve the situation but it is very difficult to even reach anyone within the company. The sales person who sold us the service doesn't even answer or return our calls. I am greatly disappointed that Johnson Roofing would treat their customers this way!
