Knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I will never take my business elsewhere! Some people complain about having to get new brakes at 35k or in '2 years,' but they fail to mention whether they've done any hard braking (like to avoid an accident, etc.) or they often drive in traffic. Lol.

Overall

Took my 2010 mini , needed front brakes and routers after 35k...dexter did not discuss any options about using different routers that would last longer,,,another 30k...need new routers again,,,this time I learned to replace my own brakes....I called him because they tightened the lug on the router way too tight and I could not remove,,,asked him to please simply loosen the one lug and re tighten by hand...that was it!

He refused to do so telling me that he used mini specs to tighten,,,I replied then why was I able to change the rear brakes myself which were set to factory standards???

Vista brakes just wants to see you again and again,,,no service, blaming anyone and anything but themselves!!!

I appologize, but unfortunately Dex didn't explain that loosening a lug nut for a customer - that intended on driving with it loose - would be strictly 100% a Liability Issue; not that we want to see you again and again - and I am not understanding the blame part of your comment, but I hope this helps clear up any bad feelings.
