We recently had Bob Rand (owner) and his associate Manny purchase and install a home theater system in our existing home. Their knowledge of electricity, the equipment purchased and installation of components was JUST OUTSTANDING!! He was given a price range to work with and he took it from there. They are fair, honest, and very professional at what they do; either TV repair or installation of A/V systems. We would recommend Video Tech (Vista,Ca.) to anyone who wants it done the right way. We could not be more pleased !!
Quality service with a smile. 48 hour time frame from drop off to pick up. Price fair, picture better than ever on 12 year old 32 " tube set. Transportation and handling tip will surprise you, just ask Bob.
This was the best service and the most caring company I have ever dealt with.
Efficent, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am an elderly lady with limited knowledge
of all the new fangled bells and whistles. The technician walked me through all of
steps that I needed to operate the sound system, the VCR, DVD, saving TV programs
to watch at my leisure, and left phone numbers for me to call if I needed additional help
at any time in the future. I can now even play my music on my patio, in my bedroom, and
anywhere iin my home.
I first used Video Tech for TV repair and was very impressed with the speed and thoroughness of their service. When I moved into my new home, I called them to install my home entertainment system. They did and incredible job. They were very professional and neat in their work. I have ceiling speakers installed in my great-room, dining room, living room, office and outdoors on the patio. They installed my HD TV, VHS, CD and DVD systems, that I can control with a universal hand-held controller. I have had nothing but positive comments from all of my friends that visit. I would and have recommended them to anybody who is interested in home entertainment.
