Paragon Cleaners

I’ve tried many dry cleaners in Visalia over the years. Paragon is the only one who will do my “Golf” style hats. I’ve had suits cleaned and my wife’s fancy dresses and skirts. Everything comes out exceptionally clean. Paragon is more expensive than other dry cleaners in town. However, I believe that the results are with the cost. Also, there is a sho right next door who will do alterations for you!

For almost 25 years Paragon has been providing excellent service for all of our dry cleaning needs. Their staff is very helpful and friendly. This is a downtown merchant that has weathered the ups and downs of this economy. It is reassuring to see that our Downtown continues to stay vital due to merchants like Paragon Cleaners. The staff at Paragon are very approachable and want their customers to be happy with their service. Be sure to tell them thank you and that Visalia appreciates their hard work!

Beware! The business does not provide an estimate of the price, their price list is tucked away and will overcharge you. They have a policy of charging an environmental fee of 10% of the price but this is not stated anywhere. They would also charge you extra if your clothes are of special material but it is also not clear how much more based on their price list. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Unfair and the owner does not care about his customers. They will overcharge you! We were charged $87 for 8 pieces including $8 environmental fee. Always get an estimate so that you do not end up paying $13 for dry cleaning of a dress. Very bad business practices.
