        We were without air conditioning in the middle of the hottest month. We were panicking and reached out to many AC companies and got the fastest service from Grants. Even when they weren’t able to install the unit right away, they made sure our house was as cooled using portable units. Definitely a life saver.

        Review of Goodman 5 ton 13 seer unit

        The recently installed (5/23/13) unit does not push enough air forcefully into our bedroom so it remains hot. Grants have been out several times but seem either clueless or apathetic to get it fixed. Terrible product and even worse service. Avoid Grants at all costs. An unhappy dissatisfied customer.         We are terribly sorry for any negative experiences that you may have had with us. Your cooling issue was a unique one to diagnose due to the fact that the unit was in fine working order (per our several technicians that visited your home). It has turned out that a flow issue in your duct work was the problem. We have since installed a damper device in your duct system, and we were pleased to hear that you recently contacted our office and stated that everything is working great now. Excellent to see!
