Virginia Beach Florist was very good to me. I may have only used their services once online, but i was rather pleased with the results and will definitely go back to them again. I got to have the flowers i picked delivered to my girlfriend's house in timely fashion; she loved them. I also appreciate the variety of flowers they have based on certain occasions giving me more options to choose from; something that other flower shops I've checked out didn't provide. I had two orders with this company. I was referred to them after I got crappy services from my regular florist. So, I ordered some flowers for my wife for our 20th anniversary. The flowers were great, but one of the mylar baloons said, "Happy Birthday." Yikes - 3 stars. so I Voiced my concerns to management, and they made it right by hooking me up on my next order - flowers for my wife's birthday. They totally nailed it - 5 stars. The flowers were great and my wife loved them. More importantly, all of her co-workers loved the flowers, too, told her I was "The Man" and all that. It really made her day special. This company is personable and responsive. I would, and will, use them again.

I need to order flowers for my mother in law who was coming to visit. I figured that if she walked in and saw a pretty bouquet, she wouldn't complain for at least an hour. I needed two different arrangements; one for a wedding anniversary and another for a birthday event. They delivered way beyond my expectations, and I made a decision always to work with them.
