        I went in to buy a $3 bulb for the taillight of my Rabbit. After watching countless YouTube videos, I was still unsure of how exactly to remove the cover of the light and replace the bulb in anything under an hour. Not to worry though, my friendly O'Reilly associate went outside in the pouring rain and replaced all of the lights for me...without me even having to ask. Yay! Will be back!!! The other associate was also standing in the rain replacing another woman's windshield wipers (for free!) How's that for customer service???
