        Nothing.

        Serviceman was surly and ill trained. Troubleshooting consisted of changing every part possilbe and charging for them all. Service department failed to respond to inquiries. General manager failed to respond to a written complaint. Will never do business with them again.

        Terrible service

        Once you buy from this company, the service is terrible. It took them 1.5 weeks to get us on their service schedule when our stove broke (one month after the warranty expired), and then an additional 1.5 weeks to return with the proper parts to fix it. Three weeks is too long for a family with children to be without a stove.
