Cinemark Victoria 12

I have never had any problem in the theatre. It is clean. The employees are always very nice and helpful if I have a question. However, I became one of those parents whose daughter left her blanket at the theatre. I tried all the numbers and no one answered any of them. All they did was ring and ring while one went to a recording. I wanted to make sure they had the blanket before I ran back to town to retrieve it. It was also getting late and my kids were ready for bed. And, as a single parent with young children, I didn't want to load them back into the car when I had to go to town in the morning. Very disappointed that the phone numbers were not answered.

When we do go to the movies, we always go to cinemark in victoria. We just got home from taking our son to watch the early bird show of Monsters U in 3D on Sunday . We did not get to see the ending because the power went out near the end, only the low lights came on. Everyone sat waiting to see if anyone would come & let us know what happened,no one came. A few people left,the rest continued to wait,still no one came. A few more people left. 10 minutes is a long time when your sitting waiting for a movie we paid good money to watch, to come on, or at the very least maybe a refund or raincheck. But definitely an explanation. We stepped out hoping to find someone to that could help, but the few we found were very very busy with the long lines of people coming IN. So we had to go, we do not live in Victoria and could not hang around to wait. It would have been Great if ANYone had just walked in to let us know they had it under control, but that didn't happen. It may be awhile before we go again, think I'll wait for the DVD,it won't be the same as the beautiful big screen but at least I can see the whole movie.

I AM UNABLE TO STAND FOR TO LONG DUE TO A DISABILITY, BUT LOVE GOING TO THE MOVIES , CINEMARK VICTORIA IS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND MAKES GOING TO THE MOVIES A PLEASURE.

You need to go to the Victoria Cinemark, cause they have fairly good movies. Better than some of the movie place I have been. Some I would not see again and others I would see over and over.

I've been going there to see movies since it opened in the last 10 years or so and never had a problem. I've been to some theaters where the film stopped before and we had to wait for it to be fixed but I've never had an issue here. The tickets are still a good price especially compared to larger cities where the price goes over ten bucks. The snack prices are ridiculous as always but I've yet to see a theater that doesn't overcharge for them unless the theater has 2 screens. The workers could do a tad better cleaning the aisles, as they're sometimes sticky and your shoes squeak on them. They also occasionally have a problem with uncontrolled talking and noise during the movie. Word of advice: do not go see a PG-13 movie any time after dark on the weekend if you want to be able to hear it. I've had to get a refund because of the talking before. Though you can't really blame the theater itself for how its patrons behave, they could be more strict on the noise control.
