We are very sorry to hear how upset you are. We have made several attempts to try and satisfy you to no avail. Warranties on carpet vary depending on the carpet you choose. Installation is warrantied for the first year. The installation of your carpet was performed in February of 2012, which was over two and a half years ago. Our installers have been out to see you on several occasions in the last year and a half, and at one point had to charge your for their visit because it was so far outside of the warrantied time frame covering their installation. The carpet you chose was a builders grade berber that is susceptible to runs. We explain to our customers that when they choose a berber, they need to cut any snags immediately to prevent zippering. When this is not done it can cause the carpet to run which is not covered under the warranty. All warranties are based on proper care and maintenance of the carpet. While we are very sorry to hear how unhappy you are, we cannot force our installers to continue to come out so far past their warrantied period for their work. We offer our installers paid repair jobs where they work directly for the customer to perform repairs outside of the warranty. It is up to the installers if they would like to accept these outside repairs as they do not go through our company at that point.
