I hired Meridith Baer Home to stage my house based off recommendations from my realtor. He said she is the best stager when it comes to making a fast sale. My home sold in less than 40 days and the furniture was beautiful!

I couldn't agree more with the previous reviewer. Similar experience on the front end. Great website with lots of impressive pictures. They came out quick, promised to stage within two days, etc. Their quote was at least double or triple their competitors, which led me to believe their quality of furniture, art, accessories, and work would be far superior to everyone else. Much to my surprise their furniture was well worn, tables were scratched and dented, and their "high end" artwork (which they promised) was nothing more than posters packaged in cheap $10 frames. Not only that, the posters were warped, creased, and torn. I was irate and when my broker saw their work, he confirmed that this was a common complaint with Meridith Baer. He told me that is why he no longer uses them for his listings. Unfortunately, I retained the services of MB before I brought a broker on board. Lesson learned. By the way, I complained to MB, and not only did they NOT fix their work, they told me it would be an additional charge to come and swap the substandard/damaged items. I would recommend anyone looking at MB to save yourselves the aggravation and go with a lower priced stager, the quality will be just as good, and you won't feel like you got taken to the cleaners!!!!!
