        I've been trying to reach this company for over 1 month, phone just rings or is busy signal. No response to emails either. I have had difficulty reaching for replacement parts in past years but never so long with dead silence. Not sure the company even exists and whether I need to replace my fixtures.

        They don't respond to e-mails or answer their phone. Very disappointing! It would be appreciated if you would at least have some consideration for the people you do business with!
