        First off, very knowledgeable....

        First off, very knowledgeable. The products are well known by staff and were explained to me in great detail. As for the installation, they water proof tarped all off my floors and carpet and used plenty of towels to trap water. The finishing look of my windows look great. I can barely tell that their is film on it ( I chose the HiLite 70 for my windows ).
