Tailwaggers Country Inn

By far one of the best places for boarding. We used Tailwaggers for our Golden Retriever (Buddy) for roughly 12 years, or until he passed away a few months ago. My husband and I initially toured the place before we started using the pick-up and drop-off service from home. We were extremely impressed with how clean the place was. You could smell doggie biscuits baking when you first walk in the door. The doggie suites are very nice and we always chose the ones that allowed our golden inside/outside access. Bowls are washed after every feeding. Huge fenced in areas for lots of running and playing. Swimming pool for even more exercise and play. There was a guy there who was throwing the ball non-stop for dogs that like to fetch. Our golden always came home so happy and exhausted for a good week after his return. In fact, he would go to the front door every day for about a week after his return, with a look on his face like, "when is that guy in the van going to come get me again?" Buddy always went to the back door to beg for his walks, so we knew well enough that he was missing Tailwaggers. Last, but not least, we always loved that he came home smelling so clean and fresh, with a cute little bandana around his neck, a gift bag with dog treats, and a report on how he enjoyed his vacation. We look forward to using Tailwaggers for our 2 newly adopted pets in the future!
