Pillai Dewey MD

I signed up for DR Pillai Dewey Valencia office I was effective as of 2/1/2018 First of I received an appt for 2/12 but I thought it was for 2/13 that's what I had written I started calling on 2/12 at 8 am thinking it was the next day the telephones were transferred to the Answering Service all morning and day in which they were very rude and told me I needed to keep calling back that it's a (hit and miss) when they answer their phones. Who talks to people in that language especially if you're working for the Doctors office answerings the overload of calls. So my message never got forwarded or returned I wouldn't have missed my appointment as I'm only 5 minutes away. When asking the service for her name she tells me it's not her problem instead of trying to see why the office hasn't been answerings all day. I then reached out to the Palmdale office in which the receptionist was very pleasant and told me to let her call them and of course they answered her who called the same number and told her to tell me to call the office back and ask for Tanya. My observations are they have caller ID and only pick up when they want to. If this is a professional office during work hours answer the phone instead of having the service pick up and talk rude and they hung up on me, not acceptable to me. My first impression is not good with this experience so far. Needless to say, I had to reschedule.
